The Underbelly

I shot this image under the Gardner Expressway in Toronto, To me it looks like the decaying underbelly of a city that has lost its way.

What Caught My Eye

The combination of the torn poster the expression of the child and the location of this boarded up building on Pape Avenue in Toronto caught my eye recently.

Forgotten Frame

Yes I have too many cameras, and what can happen is a camera gets neglected for a while with a half shot roll of film and I forget what is on it until I develop. I finished a roll in my Nikon N90S 35mm SLR yesterday, and was surprised to see images from Heritage Park in Calgary from 2017. This image is from inside the Gasoline Alley exhibit.

What Was the Story?

From the recent film shooters meet-up in Toronto. Trying to remember why he closed his eyes at that moment.

Outside the Cathedral

Not yet replaced by new growth, this plant in the park beside St. James Cathedral in Toronto had some interesting textures.

Empty Spaces

I have always been drawn to spaces meant for crowds when there aren’t a lot of people around. At certain points during the day this hall in Union Station in Toronto would be much busier.
