The Siren Call of Ultrawide

A few years ago I traded away a Voigtlander 15mm/f4.5 Superwide Heliar as part of a deal. It was a good trade, but I recently felt a pining for that super wide focal length, so I bought a newer version of the lens (M-mount vs LTM, and it takes filters). I tried it out for the first time last Saturday at High Park, Toronto.

Dry Fountain

Another image from The Hamilton G.A.S. Meet up last weekend. After a brilliantly sunny morning, it clouded over at lunch time, but even the overcast light seems to suit the Polypan F film I used.

Garden Enclave

These two images are from last weekend GAS meet-up / Photowalk in Hamilton ON. As the group strolled around, we came upon this little enclave downtown. A lovely surprise location! In the first image walk leader Alex is taking a peek. The second image is a view inside the garden.
