The Filtered View

Last Saturday morning I was back in the Beaches area, near the R.H. Harris plant. I have shot there many times before, but this was the first time I took my new Voigtlander Superwide 15mm lens, and also the first time I shot Eastman Double-X black and white film with a read filter. Really happy with the results in these images!

  1. some nice shots with that 15mm. It’s a great lens with great contrast. Mine’s probably 18 yrs old now. I’m thinking your iteration may have better coatings. FWIW this is our old neighbourhood, We were on Balsam a few up from the lake and were members of the BBC. Great family area back in the day. Very different now.
