A New Combo

Another image with the old Nikkor 80-200/f4 zoom lens, this time using Eastman Double-X film and TMax developer. I like the combination!

A Fence in Riverdale

Last weekend I was in the RIverdale and CabbageTown areas. I love long wooden fences.

A New Old Film

Kodak has recently reintroduced a high speed film P3200. I went out with it for the first time today. This image is from inside the Eaton Centre.

Perfect Expression

Last weekend I had a photoshoot with my good friend (and very talented musician and composer) Jo-Anne. While I was using my Hasselblad kit for most of the work I did take some 35mm images using my Nikon N90s and 50mm/1.4 Nikkor lens. I used Rollei RPX 400, pushed to EI 1600 using Tmax developer. I was very happy with the expression I was able to catch.

One Model, Two Cameras

Yesterday I had a lovely shoot with my friend Zoe. I shot two cameras, my newly acquired Hasselblad 500 C/M, and my Mamiya RZ67. Both make great portrait cameras, and on a tripod the weight difference makes no difference. A portrait is not about the camera though, and just like last time, Zoe gave some beautiful and interesting expressions. More to come 🙂
