Last weekend I had a great time with photography friends in Peterborough, Ontario, so the net few posts will be pictures from that weekend.
I used my Sony a6100 body and 7Artisans 10mm f/3.5 lens for these images.

I was out with photography friends in the Liberty Village area in Toronto yesterday morning. The brilliant sunshine and cler skies made for a great opportunity for my favourite style of black and white, iwth a lot of dramatic contrasts.
All images were created with my Sony a6100 and 7Artisans 10mm f/3.5 lens.

This post may be titled “The Beginning of the End” but it is about the start of a project: black and white images of flowers / plants that are in various stages of decay, from the beginning of the end to (eventually) dead leaves in snow, as the year progresses.
I took these four images this morning on my Sony a6100 and 7Artisans 25mm f/1.8 lens.
There is a new park in the Portlands in Toronto, and recently I went down erly in the morning to check it out. In the first image I was able to get a new angle on one of the new bridges. I reminds me of a retro-future look, like the Thunderbirds show from the 1960’s.
The second image catches the morning haze.
Both images taken with my Sony a6100.
