A Change In Plans

On Sunday I went to High Park to do some shooting that required a bright sunny sky. I didn’t get the sky I wanted, so I switched gears and went into one of the forest trails, where the light was deep and moody.

Two Bridges

Recently on a business trip to Lethbridge, Alberta I had a bit of time to do some photography, so here are two bridges I like: one is the famous (and huge) railway trestle bridge, and the other is a small bridge in a park close to my hotel.

Filtered

I was out this morning at Ashbridges Bay. It was a brilliantly sunny day, so I decided to have some fun darkening the sky with the combination of Rollei Retro 80s film (with near infrared sensitivity) and a combination of deep red and polarizing filters on my Mamiya RZ67 and 65mm wide angle lens.

In High Park

There are certain spots I am drawn to repeatedly, and this location in High Park is one of them, especially off-season before plants have really started growing again.
