Tree Light

It was a beautiful spring day at High Park in Toronto yesterday, and there is one spot where the combination of the species of tree and the angle of the morning sun made for some great light.

Here is another view of the railway bridge on the old CP line in the lower Don Valley, taken yesterday. I will definitely have to go back with colour film in the near future!

Last of the Water Treatment Plant Series

One more of the water plant in the Beaches. I am really happy with how even without a filter, using Rollei Retro 80s film I can get contrast between sky and clouds.

Cat and Mouse With The Light

On Saturday morning this past weekend I back in the Beaches, “playing cat and mouse with the light” as I described it in a Facebook post. The light changed moment by moment, from mundane to magical and back again. This was one of the better moments 🙂

Didn’t Wait

When out last Saturday in the ravine near the Beaches I was waiting to take a photograph of the fence line, waiting for the boy to get out of frame as he walked by, but it looked interesting with him in frame, so I snapped the shutter.
