Nyx in Colour

I finally shot my first roll of the relatively recently re-introduced Kodak Ektachrome 100 E6 slide film. I had a fun session with my good friend Nyx in High Park. (Black and white images to follow in an upcoming post!). I love the look of this slide film, and it is always a pleasure to work with Nyx.

More Forgotten Frames

I ran across an exposed roll of film in one of my camera bags last week, and I had no idea what was on it. It turned to be from Niagara-On-the-Lake last summer. I love pleasant surprises!

Dark Sky

I love the combination of Rollei Retro 80s and a red filter (and a polarizer). I love a dark sky and drama!

A Bright Winter’s Day

I was out recently with my Nikon F5; the morning had started off rather dark and dull, and I had high speed film (Cinestill 800T) loaded. Then things got rather bright and sunny. I saw this scene and in order to get the shallow depth of field I wanted I had to use a shutter speed of 1/8000 of second!
