Staying Around the Neighbourhood

As the great lockdown continues, I am making a point of shooting around the neighbourhood, basically within walking distance. I went out yesterday morning around 7 am for these images, all taken with my beloved Kodak Medalist I, shooting Ilford HP5+ , respooled for the 620 format required by the Medalist.

The Quiet School

Out for a walk early this morning, on a bright but chilly morning. This high school is a very quiet place right now.

The Dark Path

To travel in the dark, but never leave it,
in a hole where the sun is just a rumour.
The tunnel endless as the night.

In the Bath

To anyone reading the title and expecting a boudoir image (or dreading a nude selfie!), the title of this post refers to my first time developing film with Cinestill Df96 Monobath. Instead of a separate developer, stop bath  and fixer, this monobath does it all in one step, and requires less rinse time (and less water) afterwards. I can see myself using this product a lot! The images below are from a roll shot in Niagara-On-the-Lake, that I had not gotten around to processing. Glad I waited!

The Last Roll

I finally got the last roll of black and white film from our Croatia trip developed. These images are from a park in Zagreb. All images were take n with my Voigtlander Bessa T and 15mm/f4.5 Superwide Heliar lens, on Ilford HP5 Plus film.
