The Last Roll

I finally got the last roll of black and white film from our Croatia trip developed. These images are from a park in Zagreb. All images were take n with my Voigtlander Bessa T and 15mm/f4.5 Superwide Heliar lens, on Ilford HP5 Plus film.

Shooting Film on January 1st

Every year on January 1st I go out in the morning with a film camera, so whatever else happens in the year it will still be another year in which I shot film. One of my goals this year is to shoot more portraits, so from the roll I shot yesterday I am choosing a portrait of fellow film photographer Alan Gaunt, who came along with me and Bill Smith for the January 1st outing.

Crossing Over

This image from a park in Zagreb, Croatia seems appropriate for my first post of 2020. One set of steps seems like the old year, the other the new year.

Angles

The 15mm/f4.5 Voigtlander lens creates some convergence distortion in this image of a narrow street in Split, Croatia, but I like the distortion in this case.

More From Croatia

Continuing to work through the backlog. These images are all from the island of Brač, and were all shot with my Voigtlander Bessa T and 15mm/f4.5 lens with red filter on Kodak TMax 100.

More Images From Croatia

For various reasons, my photography has bogged down since getting back from Croatia; I seem to have an every increasing backlog of film to develop; still working on Croatia images like these! All taken with my Voigtlander Bessa T, 15mm lens with red filter and Kodak TMax 100 film.

Under a Bridge

From a photo walk near the Brickworks earlier in the fall. The light was amazing for much of the day!
